  1. I recognize how good pilates are for my body, but I have always really hated getting through a pilates class. You made time go by quickly by your calm energy and unique, challenging exercises that you kept moving through and varying. It kept my mind off pain and didn't ever get boring! You are wonderful.   2. The beauty of Pilates is, it hits so many keys at once. Strength through length, integration of core/hips/shoulders, leaving you pumped, exhausted, but also with a subtle posture correction that makes simple day to day movements (walking,standing,sitting) much more comfortable — as it should be. SO much joy simply comes from being comfortable in your body and moving with ease.

  3. Hello Nicole. I just wanted to tell you that your videos have helped me so much. Six months ago I broke my hip and a motorcycle accident and had to have a titanium hip replacement and I started doing your exercises about three months into my recuperation and I have gotten so much of my Mobility back and my muscle tone through my hips and buttocks not to mention my core strength has increased wonderfully. People are amazed at how fast I have recovered from my hip replacements including my surgeon. Thank you so much for these videos I use them at least five times a week every morning.
