  1. just finished this! would deff say it was for beginners, if you find it more challenging it's most likely that you are out of shape and that is okay! your body just isn't used to this movement, will deff be trying pilates out more!

  2. Here because of lisa i read most of the comments and before i die j want ti ask if anyone got any results from doing this i dint want to do it and nit see results also im like talking about fast results like 2 weeks or less

  3. I really don’t think this should be classified as beginners. I suffer from sciatic pain and have been doing true beginner Pilates for a couple of weeks now and although difficult, zero pain, just building strength. This video however has zero warm up, zero alternatives/adjustments, zero explanation. Less than 5 mins in and I was in severe pain. The expertise level might be considered beginner to Pilates people, but the lack of explanation and consideration for those who are beginning (which is often due to injury) should call for a title change at the very least, super misleading.
