Total Body Pilates Flow | Feel Good | Lottie Murphy Pilates

This is one of my favourite routines, I probably do this style of Pilates flow most. I love that it works from top to toe in a strong but connected way and you feel stretched and lengthened throughout. I hope you enjoy this full body pilates, feel good flow!
